STOCKS | Baker Hughes Raises 2026 Guidance After Chart Industries Consolidation

Baker Hughes raised its 2026 revenue guidance to $28.5 billion-$30.3 billion from $26.65 billion-$28.05 billion, and its adjusted EBITDA guidance to $4.875 billion-$5.475 billion from about $4.6 billion-$5.1 billion. According to Sina Finance, the company said the updated outlook includes Chart Industries results after the acquisition closed on July 16, while the outlook for its two existing business segments was unchanged. Chart is expected to contribute $1.85 billion-$2.25 billion in revenue and $300 million-$400 million in EBITDA. Baker Hughes said Chart's results are included only from the July 16 closing date, and that the higher full-year guidance mainly reflects the expanded consolidation scope rather than a comparable improvement in the company's existing businesses. The company kept full-year revenue guidance for its oilfield services and equipment segment at $13.5 billion-$14.2 billion, with EBITDA of $2.3 billion-$2.55 billion. It also left guidance for its industrial and energy technology segment unchanged at $13.15 billion-$13.85 billion in revenue and $2.6 billion-$2.85 billion in EBITDA.
