Mercedes-Benz Becomes Amap's First Global Auto Partner

Amap said Mercedes-Benz has become the first global automotive partner for its Street-Sweeping Rankings service as the platform marks its first anniversary, according to Ming Pao. Mercedes-Benz's intelligent cockpit will be deeply integrated with Amap Street-Sweeping Rankings to recommend selected destinations and enhance the in-car travel experience. Amap said the service has reached more than 880 million users and that annual navigation mileage to ranked merchants has totaled 36.6 billion kilometers. Amap CEO Guo Ning said the 2026 version of Street-Sweeping Rankings will use spatial intelligence to better understand the real world and reshape the full-chain lifestyle experience. Amap also launched what it called the world's first 3D native city world model, Abot-Earth 0.7, and applied it to its Flying Street View 2.0 feature, which turns destinations into explorable three-dimensional spaces.
