Wharf REIC Sale Of Scotts Square Seen Lifting Dividend, Citi Says

Citi Research said Wharf Real Estate Investment (01997) has agreed to sell Singapore's Scotts Square for S$310 million, about 10% above its book value as of the first half of 2026. The broker said the deal could lift annual dividend per share by about 1% as Wharf REIC uses proceeds from the non-core overseas asset sale to reduce debt. It kept an Outperform rating on Wharf REIC and a target price of HK$42.20, according to ETNet.
