AI TRENDS | Cognition Raises Over $2 Billion in Series E at $48 Billion Valuation

Cognition said it completed a Series E financing of more than $2 billion at a post-money valuation of $48 billion. According to Sina Finance, Andreessen Horowitz and Accel led the round as new investors, while Founders Fund, General Catalyst, and Avenir also participated. The company said its valuation rose about 85% from the previous financing in May, when it raised more than $1 billion at a $26 billion valuation. It also said its revenue run rate increased from $492 million in May to nearly $900 million.
