Samsung's Taylor, Texas Foundry Capacity Fully Booked Before Trial Production

According to Jin10, Samsung Electronics' foundry in Taylor, Texas, is set to begin trial production at the end of this month or early next month and is already operating at full capacity, with all planned output booked, driven by continued orders for its 2-nanometer process from U.S. technology companies including Tesla and Broadcom. The report said the 2-nanometer process yield was about 60% at the start of this year and has recently risen to around 80%, giving the plant mass-production capability, and that it is scheduled to begin mass production next year.
