First Capital Appoints Gu Xingchen As Executive Director, Deputy CEO

First Capital Group (01269) said Gu Xingchen has been appointed executive director and deputy chief executive, effective yesterday, according to ETNet. As executive director and deputy CEO, Gu will mainly be responsible for advancing debt restructuring, bringing in investment and financing, coordinating customer relationship management and public relations activities. He previously served as director of public affairs at Beijing Hyst Medical Laboratory, and his director fee will be HK$120,000 a year.
