Chiho Environmental Group (00976) said lender Zhongying International (Asia) has been fully repaid from proceeds of the sale of the Scholz Group by the receiver, according to ETNet.
The company said all obligations and liabilities under the financing agreement have been fully performed and discharged, and the share pledges over its wholly owned subsidiaries CRIH, CRD and CTRL have been released. It added that registration procedures for the pledge releases will be completed in due course.
Chiho Environmental said it has received about $334 million from the receiver. Its shares have been suspended from trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since April 1 last year and will remain suspended until further notice pending compliance with resumption guidance.
