Guiyang Bank said on September 7 that its shareholder Guiyang State-owned Assets Investment Management Co. extended the pledge on 83.8201 million shares it holds, pushing the maturity date from September 4, 2026 to November 16, 2026. The pledged shares account for 17.89% of Guiyang State-owned Assets Investment Management Co.'s holdings and 2.29% of Guiyang Bank's total share capital, with Guotai Haitong Securities as the pledgee and the financing used to supplement working capital, according to Jiemian News.
After the extension, Guiyang State-owned Assets Investment Management Co. has pledged about 233 million Guiyang Bank shares in total, equal to 49.77% of its holdings. Guiyang State-owned Assets Investment Management Co. and its concerted parties have pledged about 280 million shares in aggregate, or 49.42% of their combined holdings.
