Poly Property Reports August Contract Sales Of RMB 3.1 Billion, Down 49.18%

Poly Property Group (00119) said its contract sales in August 2026 totaled about RMB 3.1 billion, down 49.18% from a year earlier, according to ETNet. Contract sales area came to about 114,000 square metres, with an average selling price of about RMB 27,500 per square metre. For the first eight months of the year, cumulative contract sales reached about RMB 29.3 billion, down 17.7% year on year. Cumulative contract sales area was about 1.012 million square metres, with an average selling price of about RMB 29,000 per square metre.
