Aishida Says Embodied AI Robot Project Remains Early Stage After 2-Day Share Surge

Aishida said its shares had an abnormal trading move after the stock's closing price deviated by more than 20% over two consecutive trading days on September 3 and September 4, 2026. Jiemian News reported that the company said its main businesses are cookware, small appliances and industrial robots. As of June 30, 2026, Aishida reported revenue of 1.351 billion yuan and a net loss attributable to parent shareholders of 93.4142 million yuan. Cookware and small appliances accounted for 84.46% of revenue, while industrial robots made up 12.20%. The company said its embodied AI robot cooperation project is a newly developed business that is still at an early stage, with sales revenue of only 137,200 yuan so far. It added that the project faces uncertainties in technology iteration, implementation and commercialization, and is expected to have no material impact on the company's financial position or operating results this year.
