The ministry said the first reissue of the 2026 ultra-long special treasury bonds due in 30 years was carried out on September 2, with a competitive bidding face value of 73 billion yuan. After the planned issues, this year's ultra-long special treasury bond issuance will exceed 1.1 trillion yuan, with progress close to 85% of the full-year 1.3 trillion yuan quota. In the bond market, most Treasury futures fell at midday on September 4, with the 30-year main contract up 0.02% at 116.370 yuan, the 10-year main contract down 0.04% at 109.435 yuan, the 5-year main contract down 0.04% at 106.455 yuan, and the 2-year main contract down 0.01% at 102.582 yuan.
