IFM Investors Plans Asia Push With $1 Billion Private Credit Fund

Australian asset manager IFM Investors will deploy up to half of a roughly $1 billion private credit fund to other Asian markets, drawn by untapped opportunities and deal structures it views as more favorable to lenders, according to Bloomberg.
