Wonderful Raises $550 Million in Series C at $5 Billion Valuation

Wonderful has completed a $550 million Series C funding round at a $5 billion valuation, led by Insight Partners. According to ChainCatcher, Salesforce joined as a new investor, while Index Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, and IVP also participated. Wonderful said its enterprise agent platform launched 20 months ago and is now available in more than 30 markets. The company said it has deployed hundreds of agents across more than 10 vertical industries, with products used in customer service and internal employee systems.
