Oura Adds Netflix and Robinhood Veterans to Board Before IPO

Oura is expanding its board as it prepares for an initial public offering, according to Bloomberg. The maker of smart rings said Wednesday it is appointing four new independent directors with public company experience. The new members have held leadership roles at Netflix Inc., Robinhood Markets Inc. and Deliveroo Plc, and Oura said they know what it takes to build and scale global businesses.
