Capital B to Issue New Shares to Adam Back in Private Placement

Capital B said it will issue new shares with warrants to strategic investor Adam Back through a private placement at 0.58 euros per share, for a total of about 7.645 million euros. According to Foresight News, the subscription terms are consistent with the financing announced on August 28, 2026, and settlement is expected to be completed on September 3, 2026. If all warrants are exercised, the company said it could receive an additional 49.4 million euros in capital. Capital B said the net proceeds of about 7.3 million euros will mainly be used to increase its Bitcoin holdings as a long-term reserve asset, which it described as an important step in advancing its Bitcoin treasury strategy and raising Bitcoin per share.
