China Approves 209 Domestic Online Games In August

China's National Press and Publication Administration approved 209 domestic online games in August, according to ETNet. The approved titles include 37 Interactive Entertainment's "Fang Ren Xiu Xian Zhuan: Dao Da", Zhongqingbao's "Kuang Biao Yong Zhe", Glacier Network's "Wo De Mo Ri Ji Di", and Sohu's Beijing Changyou Times Digital Technology's "Tian Long Ba Bu: Jing Dian Yong Heng". The same update showed six imported online games were approved in August, including Ka Ying Network's published title "Xi Wang Zhi Qi Hang". So far this year, the regulator has issued 1,362 game licences, including 1,319 domestic online games and 43 imported online games.
