DeFi Development Corp. Plans IPO of Up to $20 Million in Series C Preferred Stock

DeFi Development Corp. said it plans to conduct an initial public offering of up to $20 million of Series C perpetual preferred stock, with net proceeds intended for working capital, additional SOL purchases, and investments in other digital assets. According to ChainCatcher, the U.S.-listed company said the offering is planned under Nasdaq: DFDV.
