Longjian Co. Receives Approval to Register 500 Million Yuan Medium-Term Notes

Longjian Co. (600853.SH) said it recently received a notice of acceptance for registration from China's National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, which approved a 500 million yuan medium-term note registration. The registration is valid for two years from August 28, 2026, and Guotai Haitong Securities will act as lead underwriter, according to Jiemian News. The company said it may issue the notes in tranches during the validity period and must disclose the issuance results through channels recognized by the association after completion.
