STOCKS | Shein Heads Toward Hong Kong Listing at About $26.5 Billion Valuation

Shein is moving toward a Hong Kong listing at a valuation of about $26.5 billion, down from its 2022 peak of $100 billion, according to Bloomberg. Earlier efforts to list in New York and London ran into regulatory hurdles. Bloomberg News consumer finance reporter Lisa Du said on Bloomberg This Weekend that the fast-fashion company is pitching investors on expanding beyond its core brand by acquiring or partnering with other labels, even as geopolitical, regulatory and reputational risks weigh on its growth story.
