B.AI Launches Free Access to Six AI Models, Including GLM-5.3-Flash

B.AI said yesterday that its free model lineup is now fully available, offering six models to users at no cost. According to ChainCatcher, the lineup includes GLM-5.3-Flash, DeepSeek-V4-Flash, DeepSeek-V4-Flash-Vision-Exp, Hy3, MiMo-V2.5, and Qwen3.8-Flash. The platform said GLM-5.3-Flash, previously known as Ox Alpha, is the first native multimodal model in the GLM-5 series. It has 320B total parameters and 18B active parameters, uses a sparse-plus-linear attention hybrid architecture, and supports a 1M-token context window. B.AI said the free lineup covers text, multimodal, code generation, and agent scheduling use cases. It added that developers and advanced AI users can access the models through its platform at no cost.
