The company said it had found no need to correct or supplement previously disclosed information, and that its power transmission and distribution equipment business had not seen any major change. It also said current production and operations, as well as its internal and external business environment, had not changed materially. Shuangjie Electric said neither the company, its controlling shareholder nor its actual controller had any material matters that should have been disclosed but were not, or matters under planning. It added that its controlling shareholder and actual controller did not trade the company's shares during the period of abnormal volatility, and that it had not violated rules on fair disclosure.
