Meinian Health said on July 24 that it received a decision from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to terminate the review of its application to issue shares to buy assets, according to Jiemian News. The company said the termination of the share issuance asset purchase and related-party transaction will not have a material adverse impact on its main business or financial condition, and it said there is no situation that would harm the interests of the company or minority shareholders.
