China's Sci-Tech 50 ETF Sees 982 Million Yuan Net Inflow Over 11 Days

As of 11:16 a.m. on July 24, the Science and Technology Innovation Board 50 Index had mixed performance, with ACM Research up 6.37%, Aoojie Technology up 5.24%, and Cambricon up 5.13%, while Bewinner Storage led declines. Ping An Sci-Tech 50 ETF last traded at 1.29 yuan, and according to Jiemian News, it has recorded net inflows for 11 straight days, including a single-day high of 512 million yuan and a cumulative 982 million yuan. SEMI said global semiconductor equipment sales are expected to rise 23.2% in 2026 to $165.9 billion and reach a record $229.5 billion in 2028. A CICC research note said semiconductor equipment components are benefiting from both AI-driven capacity expansion and a low domestic localization rate for key parts, with high-end localization still at an early stage.
