Canton Strategic Holdings Completes Gravitas Life Sciences Sale

Nasdaq-listed Canton Strategic Holdings said the sale of its biotech research unit, Gravitas Life Sciences, has been completed. According to Odaily, the buyer was Gravitas Collective Corp, and the transaction was unanimously approved by the company’s board and closed on July 17, 2026. The company said it will focus on the Canton Network ecosystem and shift toward digital financial services, with an emphasis on asset tokenization, financial digitization, and compliance-focused financial infrastructure.
