The agency cited an official from Saudi Arabia's Public Transport Authority as saying the attack caused a fire at the bow, all crew members were unharmed, and the relevant authorities took necessary measures to ensure the safety of the vessel and personnel and protect the marine environment. Earlier reports said Yemen's Houthis claimed responsibility for attacks on two ships in the Red Sea, including Encelia, and said the other vessel was Layla.
