South Korea’s Kospi surged over 5% to 7,164 in early Wednesday trading, extending a rebound from an artificial intelligence stock selloff as Asian chipmakers led gains for a second straight session. Japan’s Nikkei 225 also rose nearly 2% to 67,524.22.
