STOCKS | BlackRock-MGX Consortium Plans $5 Billion Aligned Data Centers Expansion

A consortium including BlackRock Inc.’s Global Infrastructure Partners and Abu Dhabi’s MGX plans to invest $5 billion to expand Aligned Data Centers as it completes its purchase of the company, according to Bloomberg. The planned investment is intended to boost growth at the data center operator, people familiar with the matter said.
