Nvidia's venture arm, NVentures, may have invested about $195.9 million in British fintech company Revolut. According to Odaily, a confirmation statement filed with the UK Companies House showed that a shareholder entity believed to belong to NVentures LLC held about 141,834 Revolut shares.
Based on the issue price disclosed in Revolut's funding round, the stake was valued at about $195.9 million. Nvidia and Revolut had not previously disclosed NVentures' exact investment amount or ownership size in the company.
The filing showed Nvidia is expanding its fintech investments through strategic stakes. Revolut was founded in 2015 and is one of Europe's leading digital banking platforms, with businesses covering payments, foreign exchange, investing, and crypto asset services. Nvidia has recently continued investing through NVentures in AI, fintech, and next-generation internet infrastructure companies.
