Iranian Border Forces Seize Smuggled Weapons in Sistan and Baluchestan

Iranian border forces in southeastern Sistan and Baluchestan Province recently thwarted a weapons smuggling attempt and prevented a batch of weapons from being brought into Iran, a border commander said on July 16. According to Jin10, border personnel seized 15 handguns, one Kalashnikov rifle, and 186 military rounds at the scene.
