Samsung Considers Outsourcing Backend Design for Google's 10th Gen 2nm TPU

Samsung Electronics is considering outsourcing backend design work for the I/O Die of Google's 10th generation 2nm TPU, Icefish. According to NS3.AI, the chip is reportedly being co-designed by Google and MediaTek, with mass production planned as early as 2028.
