STOCKS | China Resources Land June Contract Sales Fall 2% YoY to RMB229.9 Billion

China Resources Land (1109) said its total contracted sales for the single month ended June 30 were about RMB229.9 billion, down 2% year on year, according to Ming Pao. Contracted sales area was about 799,000 square meters, down 11% year on year. Month on month, contracted sales value fell 2.2% while contracted sales area rose 53.4%. The company’s monthly contracted sales have declined for two consecutive months. For the first six months of 2026, cumulative contracted sales amounted to about RMB1,165 billion, up 5.6% year on year, while contracted sales area totaled about 3.162 million square meters, down 23.2% year on year.
