Ricky Wong increased his stake in HK Technology Venture Co (1137) to 46.7% from 46.68% after buying shares on July 8 and 9, according to Ming Pao. Equity disclosure filings showed Wong bought 141,000 shares on July 8 and 6,000 shares on July 9, at an average price of HK$1.05 per share on both days.
