STOCKS | Bank of America Expects Comet Revenue and Margins to Rise on Memory Chip Capacity Expansion

Comet Holding shares rose nearly 12%, leading gainers among constituents of the Stoxx Europe 600 index. According to Jin10, Bank of America analysts said Comet Holding’s sales should grow rapidly by the end of 2028 as it benefits from expanding memory chip manufacturing capacity. The Switzerland-based company produces components used to manufacture memory chips. The analysts said that as companies respond to AI-driven demand and build new memory chip plants, Comet is positioned to benefit because it has substantial capacity to handle new orders. Bank of America raised its expectations for Comet’s revenue and profit margins by the end of 2028.
