Prologis Says Segro Data Center Plan Depends on Excess Debt

Prologis Inc. warned Segro Plc shareholders that Segro’s plan to build out a pipeline of data centers as a standalone company would rely on excessive debt and would require handing profits to venture partners, according to Bloomberg. Prologis made the comments as it seeks to persuade Segro investors to back a deal.
