Decentralized AI protocol Prime Intellect said it has completed a $130 million Series A funding round led by Radical Ventures. According to PANews, the round included participation from NVIDIA Ventures, Intel Capital, Dell Technologies Capital, and existing investors, bringing Prime Intellect’s total funding to more than $150 million.
Prime Intellect said the proceeds will be used to build an open “superintelligence stack.”
Founded in 2024, Prime Intellect said it is building an open superintelligence stack and provides enterprises with full-stack AI agent development infrastructure covering compute, large-scale reinforcement learning, sandboxing, evaluation, and deployment. The company said its customers include Ramp and Zapier, and that it serves more than 6,000 enterprises and startups, with annualized revenue exceeding $100 million.
