Starbucks India Rival Blue Tokai Targets Tripling Store Count in Four Years

Blue Tokai, a specialty coffee roaster and one of Starbucks Corp.’s strongest competitors in India, aims to more than triple its store network over the next four years, betting on a booming market even as competition intensifies, according to Bloomberg.
