SpaceX Faces Lawsuit Seeking Shutdown of Gas Turbines Powering Colossus 2 Data Center

A lawsuit is asking a court to order SpaceX to shut down gas turbines that supply power to its Colossus 2 data center, citing operation without required permits. According to Odaily, the lawsuit could put at risk parts of SpaceX’s $45 billion contract with Anthropic.
