Dongguan Laidianku Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established with registered capital of CNY 1 million, according to 36Kr. Corporate registry information from Tianyancha shows the company is legally represented by Fan Ruijuan and will engage in areas including AI application software development, software development, and wholesale of computer hardware, software and related auxiliary equipment. The new entity is wholly owned by Laiku Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Lenovo Group.
