SK Hynix Semiconductor (Dalian) Co., Ltd. has updated its corporate registration, with Park Won-sung stepping down as legal representative and director and Lee Byeong-gi taking over, according to 36Kr. The company was established in May 2021 with registered capital of $3.1 billion, and its business scope includes integrated circuit manufacturing, chip and related product manufacturing, electronic component manufacturing, and chip design and services. It is wholly owned by SK Hynix Inc.
