STOCKS | Ruifeng Technology (7656) Issues Clarification After Prospectus Printing Error

Ruifeng Technology (7656), whose IPO subscription closes at noon today, issued a clarification announcement after revising information due to an inadvertent printing error, according to Ming Pao. The company said it amended disclosures on page 110 of its prospectus regarding the shares subject to shareholder lock-up requirements and their proportion of total issued share capital after completion of the IPO. The board said the clarification would not affect potential investors’ assessment of the group’s business, operations or financial condition, and would not have any material impact on the global offering.
