China’s CSRC Seeks Public Comment on Draft Revisions to Beijing Stock Exchange Issuance Rules

China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has issued draft revisions to the regulatory framework governing securities issuance by Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE)-listed companies and is soliciting public feedback, according to Jiemian News. The CSRC said it revised the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Securities Issuance by BSE-Listed Companies and related supporting rules, releasing multiple consultation drafts covering disclosure templates for private placements of shares, private placements of convertible bonds, application filing documents for securities issuance, and disclosure rules for major asset restructurings by BSE-listed firms.
