France’s Lescure Seeks 2027 Budget to Cut Deficit Below 5%

French Finance Minister Roland Lescure said he will push for a finance bill for next year aimed at further improving public finances and bringing the deficit below 5%, according to Bloomberg. Lescure also said he expects parliament “most likely” will allow a budget to pass.
