UBS Exceeds Swiss TBTF Capital Requirements Applicable Through 2030, SNB Says

UBS Group has exceeded the fully applicable capital requirements under Switzerland’s current “too big to fail” (TBTF) rules that apply through 2030. According to Jin10, the Swiss National Bank said UBS’s capital position is above the fully applicable capital requirement under the existing TBTF regulatory framework.
