China Southern Power Grid Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. increased its registered capital to about RMB 610 million from RMB 440 million, a rise of roughly 40%, according to 36Kr. Corporate registry information from Tianyancha showed the change was made recently. The company was established in March 2022 and is legally represented by Chen Rouyi. Its business scope includes AI foundational resources and technology platforms, software outsourcing services, and manufacturing of Internet of Things equipment. It is wholly owned by China Southern Power Grid Digital Power Grid Research Institute Co., Ltd.
