Lightspeed Mofang Intelligent Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. has increased its registered capital to RMB200 million from RMB100 million, a 100% rise, according to 36Kr. Tianyancha data showed the change was made in a recent business registration update. The company was established in March 2025 and is legally represented by Wang Dong. Its business scope includes integrated circuit design, IC chip design and related services, and information system integration services. Lightspeed Mofang is wholly owned by Moore Threads.
