CATL-Controlled Subsidiary Expands Business Scope to Include Electric Vehicle Sales

A CATL-controlled subsidiary has expanded its registered business scope to add electric vehicle-related sales. According to Jin10, Qichacha app data showed that Suzhou Times Xin'an Energy Technology Co., Ltd. recently completed an industrial and commercial registration change, adding new energy vehicle whole-vehicle sales, electric vehicle sales, and used-car brokerage to its business scope. Qichacha information showed the company was established in 2021 with registered capital of 2.5 billion yuan, and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) holds a 90% stake.
