Margin Traders Net Bought RMB 11.89 Billion of Institution-Rated A-Shares in June Through June 17

Institution-rated stocks in China drew strong interest from leveraged investors, with net margin-financing purchases totaling RMB 11.887 billion in June through June 17, according to 36Kr. Seven stocks recorded net margin-financing inflows of more than RMB 1 billion each, led by Hengtong Optic-Electric at RMB 2.904 billion, Dongshan Precision at RMB 1.946 billion, and BOE A at RMB 1.36 billion. Hengtong Optic-Electric and Dongshan Precision were both described as having optical communications exposure.
