Switzerland’s foreign ministry said the United States and Iran plan to hold talks with mediators Pakistan and Qatar, along with other relevant countries, on June 19 at the Bürgenstock resort in Switzerland to begin preliminary negotiations on implementing an agreement. According to Odaily, the Swiss foreign ministry told media it welcomed the memorandum of understanding signed by the United States and Iran, calling it an important step toward easing tensions in the Middle East.
