According to the announcement from Binance, the exchange will suspend deposits and withdrawals of token(s) on the Base network starting at approximately 2026-06-25 17:00 (UTC) to support a planned network upgrade and hard fork. Binance said the upgrade and hard fork are expected to occur at the block height of 1,782,410,400, or at approximately 2026-06-25 18:00 (UTC). The company stated it will manage the technical requirements related to the upgrade for users during the suspension period.
According to the announcement from Binance, trading of token(s) on the Base network will not be affected by the temporary halt of deposits and withdrawals. Binance said deposits and withdrawals will reopen once the upgraded network is deemed stable, and added that no further announcement will be posted regarding the reopening.
