Brookfield Business Agrees to Sell Multiplex to Obayashi for $650 Million

Brookfield Business Corp. agreed to sell Multiplex, the construction company that built London’s Wembley Stadium, to Japan’s Obayashi Corp. for $650 million. According to Bloomberg, the deal values Multiplex at $650 million.
